1. Reservations:
Reservations may be made in writing by sending in your reservation request by email to the email address on the bottom of this form or by contacting our reservations office by scheduling an appointment after booking your vacation package today.
Availability inquiries may also be made with the customer service department over the phone at (786) 749-5550.
We ask that once you know your travel dates you contact us at least thirty (30) days before to reserve those dates.
And at least sixty (60) days prior to requested arrival dates if wanting to travel during holiday or peak travel months.(Summer)
Requests not received at least thirty (30) days prior to travel, or requests in which Orlando [if applicable] is not the first destination of travel, may be subject to a $99.00 accelerated booking fee dependent upon availability.
Should you wish to change your reservation date, Beyond A Trip must receive an email at support@beyondatrip.com or a written request a minimum of fourteen (14) days prior to your confirmed arrival date.
The first change made to reservations is free of any fees; however, any subsequent changes made will be subject to a $25.00 Change Request Fee.
Any re-booking that is done less than fourteen (14) days prior to scheduled arrival date is subject to a $99.00 accelerated re-booking fee. All reservations and change of dates are subject to availability.
2. Qualifications/Eligibility:
Due to the savings of this package, this Vacation Program is a one-time offer for each purchaser and has the following restrictions: Only one package per household, maximum occupancy is determined by travel location and room size, must be of minimum age (28 years) and gainfully employed and in possession of a major credit card.
Not valid for groups of two or more couples traveling at the same time, unless expressly authorized, and the purchaser cannot have traveled to the host resort within the last 12 months.
3. Included:
This Vacation Certificate is good for the included number of nights lodging at host resort or participating hotels or equivalent lodging depending on the location of travel.
Maximum occupancy is determined by travel location and room size.
Any other item(s) included in this vacation certificate are listed on the certificate details and or booking receipt.
4. Not Included:
Any items not listed on the Vacation Certificate, including but not limited to: Airfare, transportation, resort fees (approx. $15-20 per day, may vary among host resorts), hotel taxes [State and County], meals, roll-a-way beds, phone usage, incidental charges, and/or any other items of a personal nature. These items are not included in this offer and are the sole responsibility of the traveler.
Florida State/County room/tourist tax is currently 9-13.5%; this may change without notice and actual taxes depend on time and location of stay and the current laws of the jurisdiction of travel location.
This tax is to be paid by the traveler to the host resort or hotel at the time of check-in.
Extended stays by the user of this Vacation Package may be possible, depending on availability of space, at the prevailing rate and location of travel.
Rates depend on the time of year, availability and type of accommodations are the sole responsibility of the traveler as well as any reservations longer than seven (7) days any requested upgrades and If your vacation certificate includes a rental car or a rental car was added to your vacation certificate after your initial sale please note that included car rentals cover the base rental only [base rental is for Toyota Corolla or similar standard size car with space for up to four (4) persons] for a period up to but not exceeding seven (7) days. Taxes, insurance, and any requested upgrades, as well as any reservations longer than seven (7) days, are the sole responsibility of the traveler.
5. Transfers:
This Vacation Package cannot be resold, bartered, or redeemed for cash.
All Federal, State and Local laws apply.
The laws of the State of Florida govern this Vacation certificate.
This package is transferable to qualifying person(s). To transfer a package, BeyondATrip.com must receive transfer notice in writing by both parties involved, as well as new contact information for the new qualifying traveler.
Packages must be transferred in their entirety and are subject to a $29 transfer fee. BeyondATrip.com reserves the right to verify qualification of new transferee prior to accepting final validation of transfer.
6. Liability:
This Vacation Package is not valid where prohibited by law.
This Vacation Package accepts no responsibility or liability for any damages, expenses or inconvenience due to loss, injury and/or any damage to any person or property for any cause whatsoever as a result of acceptance or use of the vacation offer other than those specified in this contract.
If acceptable by the purchaser, BeyondATrip.com reserves the rights to substitute equivalent accommodations or locations if those stipulated in the package are no longer available for any reason.
7. Cancellation:
In accordance with Florida State statutes 559.932, YOU MAY CANCEL THIS CONTRACT WITHOUT ANY PENALTY OR OBLIGATION WITHIN 30 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE OR RECEIPT OF THE VACATION CERTIFICATION, WHICHEVER OCCURS LATER.
YOU MAY ALSO CANCEL THIS CONTRACT IF ACCOMMODATIONS OR FACILITIES ARE NOT AVAILABLE PURSUANT TO A REQUEST FOR USE AS PROVIDED IN THE CONTRACT.
TO CANCEL THIS AGREEMENT, A SIGNED AND DATED COPY OF A STATEMENT THAT YOU ARE CANCELING THE AGREEMENT SHOULD BE EMAILED TO Support@BeyondATrip.com.
NO PURCHASER SHOULD RELY UPON REPRESENTATIONS OTHER THAN THOSE INCLUDED IN THIS CONTRACT.
This contract is for the purchase of a vacation certificate and puts all assignees on notice of the consumer’s right to cancel under section 559.933, Florida Statutes.
8. Details of Participation:
Vacation packages are offered for the purpose of introducing the benefits of vacation club membership. If eligibility requirements are met, traveler(s) are required to attend an approximately 90-120 minute, no-obligation, VIP preview of while staying in the desired destination.
If additional locations are included in your offer, you may be required to attend a presentation at your additional destinations.
This program is designed for individuals or married couples. If married or cohabitating, both spouses/cohabitants must attend the presentation together.
Participants of this vacation package must show two (2) forms of ID before the preview. The two (2) forms of identification must be a valid driver’s license or passport and a Major Credit Card. Please note that gifts included in your offer [if applicable]; attraction tickets, additional premiums or any additional promotional gift, can only be issued following the tour presentation(s).
No premiums may be given if you do not follow the participation requirements.
If traveler arrives for vacation on time, stays the requested number of nights, but fails to complete their obligation of touring the host resort you will be charged full rack room rate for the entire length of stay, or if the traveler does not follow the participation requirements under the above restrictions a one-time Non-Tour fee of $350 will be charged to traveler’s credit card on file or at time of check-in.
9. Expiration:
Travel must be completed within 12 months date of issue of this package.
